An exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join the Capella Capital team supporting the Melton Hospital Project.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Melbourne.
The Project Administrator reports directly to the Chief Executive of Project Co and provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Project Co Management team.
Responsibilities including but not limited to: Coordinate requests for information from internal and external stakeholders and provide a professional first point of contact for all enquiries.
Coordinate effective meetings by organising and collating meeting agendas, providing confidential minute-taking and distribution and coordinating follow up actions.
Undertake document management, including Aconex.
Maintain systems for recording and storing information.
Preparing correspondence and briefing packs, reports and papers.
About you Your experience in liaising with senior level executives, as well as having the ability to build rapport with various internal and external stakeholders will see you succeed in this role.
As will: Being highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and executives.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, in particular Teams, Power Point, Share Point, Outlook and Excel.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Having a proactive, positive and flexible approach.
