Project Coordinator – Fast Growing Tier 3 Commercial Builder Industry: Commercial Construction Salary/Rate: AU$100000 - AU$140000 per annum Location: VIC Type: Full Time We're looking for a Project Coordinator to assist on a $15m Commercial build South of Geelong.
This is an opportunity to: Work on a high profile project Join a fast growing Tier 3 Contractor in the West Get involved in commercial projects up to $50m Experience a fantastic culture Key duties within the role include: Full management and coordination of multiple sub-contractors Exposure to a variety of projects in multiple sectors including Health, Commercial, Education, and Retail Assisting the Project Manager with relevant Program Management aspects of contract letting, RFIs, and contract negotiations Tracking the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades Working closely with the Site Manager To apply for the role click "APPLY".
