Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, execute and monitor project activities to deliver quality product and services on time and within budget.
Interpreting technical specifications and project requirements.
Point of contact with customers and vendors for the assigned projects and tenders.
Responsible for preparing work pack/scope of work as part of the Request for Quotations process.
Assist in reviewing proposals and conducting technical bid evaluations.
Coordinate and arrange meetings with customers, internal stakeholders and/or vendors.
Collaborate with our Sales Team to develop detailed project specifications and quotes.
Manage, quote and discuss with customers and management any technical deviation, potential variation orders, issues & risks.
Attend regular project meetings to address project timelines, risk management, project scope & budget reviews and contribute to lessons learned sharing.
Attend Pre-Inspection Meeting with QAQC team at Vendor Shop & follow up with any outstanding issues.
Assist in monitoring construction during fabrication stage, inspections, equipment installation, FAT, project completions and assist the pre-commissioning phase for any critical issues.
Review, coordinate and properly record vendor documentation between customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Responsible for proper project documentation works and document control for the document-related deliverables.
Provides technical assistance to Sales Specialists for non-standard sales.
Key Competencies: Good attitude and willingness to excel.
Team player.
Proactiveness.
Some project management experience.
Knowledge on engineered product package systems is preferred.
Able to communicate technically with vendors, customers and workshop technicians.
Familiar with application of mechanical/piping/static equipment and packages is preferred.
Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in engineering or related field.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements: Fully site-based, flexible working, hybrid, 50% travel across Europe, etc.
