Primary Location NSW - Chatswood Job Description Summary We are currently seeking experienced Telecommunication Wireless riggers to join a variety of our Telecommunications offices across Australia's nationwide offices.

Your role will be to work as part of a small rigging team in the installation and maintenance of Wireless communication systems and support structures for the national rollout of 5 G technology.
In this role you will be performing routine services and maintenance activities following established instructions to contribute to efficient and effective daily operations.
Statewide travel, including regional travel, will be required in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Work at heights on mobile phone base station structures to install antennas, feeders and ancillary equipment.
Work with cranes, cherry pickers and EWP's as required to carry out works on site.
Carry out rigging techniques to install steelwork on structures, including the requirement to climb monopoles, towers and guyed masts while 100% attached.
Carry out manual labour of various descriptions to complete the works as required.
Installation of antenna mounts on rooftops, poles and towers using ropes, winches and rigging equipment.
Installation of earth kits and waterproofing of connectors.
Installation of earth systems.
Labelling and tagging identification on feeders and tails.
Installation of Hybrid fibre cable for RRU equipment.
Ensure the site is maintained in a clean, tidy and accessible state at all times.
About you: You will show demonstrated experience within the Telco - Wireless industry, backed up with an understanding of rigging practices required in this field.
This includes: Competence in the installation of hybrid trunk cables.
The termination of various co-axial cables.
Demonstrated ability of safe rigging practices.
Demonstrated ability to work safely at heights of up to 100m.
Teamwork, and a customer-focused attitude.
Previous experience working as part of a rigging crew on Wireless projects would be ideal.
It is mandatory that you at least hold a valid qualification as per below.
Qualifications Demonstrate and maintain a level of physical & medical capability.
Familiar with WHS requirements and process for high-risk activities.
Elevated Work Platform Ticket and Safe Work at Heights qualifications.
C class driver's license (mandatory).
Basic Riggers Ticket.
Senior First Aid, including resuscitation.
EME Radiation Awareness.
