Responsibilities: Work with the mobilization team to identify and manage engineering issues, and building, equipment, or design defects / risks.
Optimize planning of strategies, external resources, and engineering activities to achieve continuous improvement and overall effectiveness.
Key stakeholder engagement with our clients, project partners, and key subcontractors - confidently and effectively represent Honeywell in stakeholder meetings and discussions.
End-to-end management of activities, sub-projects, and projects within the wider mobilization – specifically around asset management and digital engineering.
Provide key asset management support including data collection / manipulation and auditing activities.
Key Experience & Capabilities: Engineering Degree / Qualifications or Professional Engineer status (preferred).
Asset management and / or PPP contract experience is very highly regarded.
Requires demonstrated experience working across building services / construction / operational projects.
A demonstrated history working across engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, fire, etc) is highly regarded.
ICT and CMMS deployment experience highly regarded.
