Project Manager - Commercial Fitout - 150K - 180K

This award-winning D&C company has been operating for over 10 years within the D&C commercial fitout and refurbishment space.
Due to their continued success in the open tender market, there is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team and assist with ongoing and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities: Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work Early Construction Involvement Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the clients High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years' experience working for a Head Contractor within the fitout and refurbishment space.
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management Demonstrated experience delivering Commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
