Project Manager

Projects: Commercial up to $70m
Salary: $150K - $180K + Super + Vehicle

Role
Reporting to the Senior Leadership figures within the business,
You Will Be Required To
Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package
Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments
Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors
Manage all relevant stakeholders
Financially astute, complete control of budgets and ensure that projects are profitable
This role is split between office and site, with mentoring and upskilling junior staff within the immediate project team.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
A Relevant tertiary degree
A strong commercial mindset with experience on constructing New Build Commercial projects greater than $20m
Demonstrated experience working for a Commercial Builder
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A go get attitude with a hardworking mentality
