About The Role
We seek a highly organised and talented Project Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team for one of our larger clients. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the workflow of multiple projects, including social media campaigns, production work, and influencer collaborations. This role requires someone who thrives on organisation, loves multitasking, and can seamlessly prioritise tasks and deadlines.
You will be responsible for triaging client requests and briefs, delegating work to the right teams, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly from inception to completion. Working closely with account managers, creatives, and production teams, you will be the glue that holds projects together, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, adaptable to new systems and processes, and possess a meticulous eye for detail. They should have a successful track record in managing projects in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the project management and full project lifecycle of social content and schedules for one large account with many stakeholders.
Triage incoming project requests, prioritise tasks, and delegate work to relevant teams.
Manage and maintain the flow of projects, ensuring deadlines are met for social media, production, and influencer campaigns.
Collaborate with account management, creative, and production teams to ensure all project requirements are clear and communicated effectively.
Manage and coordinate strong briefs for a variety of different mediums including but not limited to photography/film shoots and social-first content productions, experiential and events, digital and social.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying sizes, liaising with a large number of internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee project timelines, track progress, and adjust schedules as needed, proactively identify potential bottlenecks or issues and resolve them to keep projects on track.
Handle financial aspects of projects, drawing up project estimates and budgets, forecasting, and maintaining precise P&Ls.
Provide regular project status updates to internal teams, senior management and external clients, potentially including presentations.
Ensure the final delivery of all campaign deliverables meets high-quality standards and deadlines.
Experience And Skills
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Production Manager or Traffic Manager, Project Manager (or similar), ideally in a digital marketing, social media agency or content production environment.
Maintain very high standards of organisation and workflow efficiency. Organisation and exceptional project management are your core strengths.
Strong leadership and project management skills. Candidates should have experience leading projects and driving the project to meet deadlines, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrable project management experience within digital/social advertising, agency, or publishing sectors.
Proven ability to manage several projects at once under high-pressure conditions.
Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Expertise in managing financial budgets and project-related financials.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to foresee and mitigate issues before they arise.
Understanding social media, influencer marketing, and production processes is a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
