Project Manager 12-month contract $1000 INC Super This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead critical projects within the energy sector, with a focus on tariff changes and gas market management.
What You'll Be Doing As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for: Leading the implementation of the new tariff structure in line with the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) requirements.
Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, vendors, and internal teams, to align on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Overseeing the Gas Market Alarm Management project to reduce alarm rates and improve prioritisation and response documentation.
Working closely with IT teams to update pricing and alarm management systems.
What You'll Need Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and experience working with regulatory bodies like the Australian Energy Regulator (AER).
Experience in alarm management, incident prevention, and system performance improvements.
Expertise in managing IT system updates and integrations, with a focus on pricing and alarm systems.
Proficient in data management and implementing automated reporting systems, such as Power BI.
Excellent risk management and deadline-driven project delivery skills.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.
