THE ROLE As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing landscape construction and civil projects from inception to completion, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Your role will involve: Managing client relationships Coordinating resources Ensuring the successful execution of projects ranging from $50 K - $3 M The majority of projects will be in Melbourne's East, so there is a preference for people living that side of town.
You will: Manage multiple projects at once, up to 4 at times depending on the value of individual projects Manage a team consisting of a Foreman, Leading Hand, and Labourers Must be willing to travel!
