The Role Reporting to your Construction Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects valued anywhere between $5 M - $25 M and ranging from school and university construction projects to hospitals, Government & Institutional, Age Care and Child Care - both new build and fit-out projects.
The successful candidate will be confident and competent and capable enough to deliver projects from conception to completion.

The Builder A well-established, growing Tier 3 builder formed over 10 years ago currently turning over in excess of $100 M annually, delivering projects valued from $5 M - $25 M.
Having developed systems and processes over the last decade they have gradually developed to become one of the leading Tier 3 builders in Melbourne, in this space, currently delivering a wide range of projects, both new build and fit-out, often with repeat clients, across: Education Health Age Care Child Care Government & Institutional Sports and Community With lovely new offices (built themselves), with free parking a 2 minute walk from the building, close to cafes, restaurants and shops; you will be working in a lively and enjoyable working culture, where fresh ideas and enthusiasm are encouraged.
