The Opportunity CPP are embarking on an exciting phase as we undertake the delivery of substantial renewable energy projects.
In this brand-new role, we are in search of a natural leader who is well-versed in design and construct environments, to drive change and influence the organisation to achieve best practice in project controls and services nationally.
As Project Services Manager, this is a hands-on role where you will elevate our project management practices by implementing consistency across key areas of the business including project controls, estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control, resource planning and enterprise risk management which will be crucial in the successful delivery of our industry-leading projects.

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: 10+ years' experience with major projects, preferably in a design and construct environment Broad experience across project controls and services, such as estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control, resource planning, earned value management and enterprise risk management Strong knowledge and understanding of change management principles Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives and project management systems implementations Experience in the areas of Training and Development, Project Governance and Assurance, Benchmarking and Data Analytics and Reporting Knowledge of Primavera P6 or OPC, In Eight, Teambinder, Hard Dollar, and Power BI systems MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering will be highly regarded Why Join Us?
