Company Description Beyond the Bell is a community organisation in Warrnambool, VIC, dedicated to improving educational outcomes for children and young people in the Great South Coast region of Victoria, Australia.
The organisation focuses on supporting and empowering young people to reach their full potential by ensuring they are engaged in their learning.
Beyond the Bell works closely with local communities in the Great South Coast, including Colac Otway, Corangamite, Glenelg, Moyne, Southern Grampians, and Warrnambool, striving for community-wide, place-based change.
Role Description This is a part-time on-site role as a Project Support Officer at Beyond the Bell Great South Coast, based from our main office in Warrnambool, VIC.
The Project Support Officer will be responsible for providing project support, engaging with stakeholders, and assisting in program management.
The role involves working collaboratively with the team to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives aimed at improving educational outcomes in the region.
Qualifications Project Support and Program Management skills Strong Interpersonal and Stakeholder Engagement skills Analytical Skills to assess project effectiveness Experience in coordinating and supporting projects Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Relevant qualification in Project Management, Youth Work, Education, Community Services, or a related field Current employee Working with Children's Check and a Victorian Police Check are required Please note this position is not remote; applicants must be able to travel across the catchment area weekly.
