Property Manager

We currently have a position available for a Property Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a team player who is passionate about real estate and property management.
This position is the perfect role for a motivated, loyal person with exceptional presentation and strong attention to detail, looking to expand their skills and take a new exciting step in their property management career.
Full time Monday – Friday preferred; however, hours can be negotiable for the right applicant.
Key tasks and responsibilities include: Work closely with the Property Management team to grow and develop the rental portfolio Provide an exceptional experience for all clients Conduct property inspections Prepare reports and renting documentation Manage rent arrears, reviews, rent renewals and maintenance Vetting tenancy applications Daily communication with clients Attendance at VCAT, where required Be an advocate for the brand Skills, attributes, knowledge, and experience required: Good standard of document processing and skills in utilising cloud-based software Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritise Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships Ability to adapt and focus in a fast-paced and diverse work environment Position requirements: Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate, Agent's Representative) Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle Previous experience in a property management role is preferred Cover letter and resume will be treated in strictest confidence and should be sent to ****** #J-18808-Ljbffr
