45k DOE per annum + bonus + benefits Synced have been engaged to support a client operating in the PBSA sector to recruit a Property Manager in Leeds.
Key criteria for this role: Strong leadership experience in the PBSA sector Strong sales experience in the PBSA sector Strong relationship management experience (investors/agents/stakeholders) Accountability essential Mobilisation or refurb experience - definite advantage This role is pivotal to the success of this building.
We are seeking someone at the top of their game, someone to be the face of the buildings, lead from the front/by example, create an amazing resident experience, nurture client relationships, and build a local sales & marketing strategy for success! Role Outline: Management and development of the onsite teams Management of the local sales and marketing strategy, implementation, and ongoing performance Responsible for the full sales cycle Creation, implementation, and ongoing management of how the building community comes together and the entire customer journey Control and accountability for financial management and reporting, including budget management Oversee & manage all relationship management with key stakeholders and supporting partners Ensure best practice and excellent customer service standards at all times within the onsite team Oversee and control all maintenance and FM projects on site/s, including planned works Oversee and control all regulatory & compliance requirements around fire and health & safety To be considered for and be successful in this role, you will need to be 100% customer service focused, a strong leader, self-motivated, well organized, and great under pressure.
