Property Partner – Assets (Commercial Property Manager) Department of Parliamentary Services Ongoing, full-time opportunity Po V Grade 4, $92,332 - $104,762 The Parliamentary Administration Act 2005 and the Parliamentary Officers (Non-Executive Staff – Victoria) Single Enterprise Agreement will be revised during 2024 and is a nexus agreement to the Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement. It is anticipated that the revised salary range for Grade 4 will be $95,102 - $107,905. About the role The Property Services team is seeking a driven, analytical and experienced property professional to manage a property portfolio of electorate offices across Victoria. In this role, you will manage lease obligations and ensure that properties are maintained to the Department's accommodation standards. A true client-facing role, you will conduct property inspections, liaise with and provide expert advice to Members of Parliament, electorate officers, parliamentary employees and service providers on property-related matters, with a focus on best client service. About you You are an experienced property management professional, with experience in a dynamic property or asset management environment. With client management experience, you are a strong communicator and problem solver. You understand the importance of confidentiality and can deal with sensitive situations in a tactful and diplomatic manner. You have experience in negotiating and interpreting leases, undertaking investigations and resolving property-related matters, with the ability to produce written reports and correspondence to a high standard. You are comfortable in monitoring the financial position of a property portfolio to established budgets, while addressing any variances. This role requires a current driver's license.
