Psychologist | School based | Special Education Needs The role In this full-time ongoing position (time fraction negotiable for the right candidate), you will work as a psychologist as part of a multidisciplinary team in a school setting.
The team comprises psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and is a close-knit and supportive team where coaching in the area of special education needs is provided through peer mentorship, supervision, and professional development.
In this role, no two days look the same.
You will work alongside teaching staff in classrooms, independently consulting students, and providing learning and development for parents as well as teachers in the area of mental health in a special education context.
The school is a specialist P-12 school delivering highly individualised educational programs for students with disabilities, high support needs, and/or developmental challenges.
