Beyond delivering insights, you'll grow the agency's qualitative arm, mentoring junior researchers and giving them a seat at the leadership table.
We're looking to speak with senior-level qualitative researchers who have proven experience deepening client relationships, growing teams, and winning business and are excited by the rare opportunity to shape the future direction of the team.
Lead Complex Qual Projects : Manage and execute qualitative projects end-to-end, from pitch through to presentation, using various methods to extract deep insights from consumers.
Shape Strategic Growth : Work directly with the leadership team to refine the agency's qualitative offering (bringing new tools, frameworks and thinking) to drive business growth, and thought leadership! Mentor & Develop : As the qualitative lead, you will coach and mentor a team of passionate researchers, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of local and global clients, including restaurants, retailers, FMCG brands, and supermarkets, delivering insights that directly impact their brand strategy, product development, and customer experience.
