Lead Group Healthcare: Quality and Education Manager Opportunity Lead Group Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Education Manager to join our team at a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility in Portland VIC.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded facility that provides a fantastic support system, working directly alongside a Facility Manager, 2x Clinical Managers, AN-ACC support, Education Support, and 24-hour Registered Nurses and Care team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the home with Accreditation, Quality oversight, clinical governance, compliance, and staff education, working collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service provision.
