Position Overview: As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for organising, managing, and improving our quality assurance systems and certification processes across our client base.
Your role will involve overseeing and enhancing quality practices across all our locations, ensuring that each site adheres to our stringent quality standards.
You will be based out of the principal office situated in Camberwell.
This is a key position that will directly impact the quality of service we provide to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Systems: Design and establish quality assurance frameworks and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence across all nine mobile car detailing sites.
Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Regularly review and assess the performance of quality systems at each location.
Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Manage Certification Processes: Oversee the certification processes for quality standards relevant to the car detailing industry.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards at all sites.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for staff at all locations to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to site managers and employees.
Customer Feedback and Resolution: Analyse customer feedback and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities, including audit findings, corrective actions, and training records.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and innovation in quality assurance practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance quality management processes.
Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the car detailing or related service industry.
Education: Relevant qualifications in quality management, business administration, or a related field.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of quality assurance principles, industry standards, and certification processes.
Familiarity with car detailing operations and maintenance.
