Quantity Surveyor

A leading Construction & Property Consultancy in Birmingham is looking for a professional Quantity Surveyor with Employers Agent experience to join their team.
The Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will join the firm's dynamic Hotels and Leisure team, playing a key role in exciting new build and refurbishment projects for a leading hotel chain.
You'll manage estimating, cost planning, value management, client and design team liaison, site progress monitoring, and cost reporting.
The role also includes coordinating FF&E orders, managing cost variances, and ensuring successful Practical Completion.
With a flexible approach to work, strong client-facing abilities, and a willingness to travel nationwide, you'll be at the heart of the company's expansion, gaining valuable experience across Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Employer's Agent roles.
The Quantity Surveyor The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have: Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification Pre & Post Contract Experience MRICS or currently working towards Experience working on Hotel or Leisure schemes / the desire to do so moving forward Employers Agent or Project Management experience is highly desirable In Return? £40,000 - £50,000 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Car allowance Pension scheme Life Assurance Private Medical Insurance Career Investment and APC support Company Phone & Laptop Hybrid working 2x days a week Flexible Working Hours If you are a Quantity Surveyor currently considering your career options, contact Jessica Lawrence at Brandon James.
