The Recruitment Services branch within PSC provides expert advice and support to the department on all recruitment-related matters, including attraction, selection, redeployment and other recruitment and retention practices.
About the Role As a key contributor to the high-performing Recruitment Services team, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end selection processes and high-volume campaign delivery.
You will manage candidate care communication and related administrative activities and assist with the onboarding of talent for critical frontline and corporate service positions.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across all components of the recruitment process, including advertising, screening, scheduling, administering interviews, supporting assessments, and completing security checks for candidates.
Other skills such as knowledge of best practice recruitment methodologies, psychometric tools, recruitment of diverse candidates, data analysis, and training would be highly regarded.
