The Recruitment Services branch within PSC provides expert advice and support to the department on all recruitment related matters, including attraction, selection, redeployment and other recruitment and retention practices.
Working within the Department of Justice and Community Safety's (the department) strategic objective of "building a high performing justice system", Recruitment Services delivers consultative, progressive, innovative, fair and ethical recruitment solutions.
About the Role As a key contributor to the high performing Recruitment Services team, you will be responsible for supporting end to end selection processes and high-volume campaign delivery.
You will be entrusted with the management of candidate care communication and related administrative activities and manage the onboarding of talent to work in critical frontline and corporate service positions.
You will partner with Recruitment Advisers to assist with design, delivery and administrative tasks related to recruitment selection processes.
Successful candidates for this role will demonstrate an ability to work together with colleagues across all components of a recruitment process including advertising, screening, scheduling, administering interviews, supporting face-to-face assessments including assessment centres, and completing a range of security checks for candidates.
Other unique or supporting skills, such as knowledge of best practice recruitment methodologies, use of psychometric tools, recruitment of diverse candidates, data analysis and reporting, research, or training would be highly regarded.
