We're looking for a motivated and driven Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
You will set up and optimize our collaborations with the local partners and become their trustworthy partner.
You train, support, and develop the drivers towards our international quality standards.
You ensure, adapt, and optimize our quality and service standards according to the needs of the Italian market.
You will take responsibility for an accurate start of each new route.
You will be responsible for customers' NPS quality evaluation on our local Bus Partners.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation or related studies.
2 to 4 years of work experience in travel, logistic or mobility services.
The ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills.
Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality.
Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop an international venture with us.
Fluent in English.
