Regional Projects and Asset Care Manager
The Regional Projects and Asset Care Manager is tasked with delivering strategic Project Management & Asset Care goals, in cooperation with the Operational Plant teams and Group functions for Plants in the region.
In this role, you will drive and implement action plans on a site per site basis and ensure that every project you are involved in is always delivered On Time, In Full and On Budget and is also recognized as "best in class" for Safety, Health & Environmental Performance. In addition, this role will see you:
Supporting the standardization and harmonization of our Project Management and Asset Care culture.
Working with Plant and Engineering Managers to ensure all projects for the site and all asset care programs of the plant and equipment are in line with the strategic objectives for our business.
Ensuring Asset full life cycle is reviewed and analyzed, and appropriate plans are put in place.
Supporting Sustainability programs in the region through preparing business plans and final project execution.
Leading an Asset Care program in the region, working closely with Maintenance Supervisors, Reliability Managers and other Asset Care leaders from other regions, to align implementation internally and at a Group level.
Ensuring understanding and compliance with all current legal & statutory obligations including, but not limited to, SHE, HACCP, Environmental, Food Safety and employment legislation for all internal employees, external contractors.
Participating in Group improvement initiatives ensuring any changes to working practices, policies or procedures are communicated to and actively supported by the team and are always in line with best practices (where appropriate).

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager APAC and with dotted line reporting to the Group Projects, this is a region wide, portfolio management role which will require strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. As a change agent, you will have a motivational leadership style, team building skills and an ability to coach and mentor teams to uplift capability.
In addition to your EQ and developed people skills, you will also require:
Qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical or Automation) or equivalent.
Project Management Certification (PM or Prince 2).
Negotiation capability both for external and internal use.
An ability to adapt a helicopter view of the region factoring in engineering, production and commercial priorities.
Flexibility and the availability to travel extensively.
