Job Description Epworth Rehabilitation is seeking registered nurses to work Full time or Part time with acute or rehabilitation experience at Epworth Geelong.
Working within a multidisciplinary team environment, you will join a patient-centred team caring for patients who are recovering from surgery or illness or needing support to maximise their independence.

You will make an impact by: Being a key part of a team committed to delivering an exceptional patient, family and staff experience while achieving high-quality clinical outcomes.
Assisting patients to access supported services to maximise their physical gains and return to a rewarding lifestyle.
Working with multidisciplinary and specialised teams to plan the care and treatment for patients through regular case conferences.
Maintaining and promoting patient safety within our satellite unit through early intervention and escalation of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need: Contemporary knowledge of best practice in acute, aged or rehabilitation nursing.
Experience as a registered or enrolled nurse who is passionate about patient care and achieving high-quality clinical outcomes, either from a rehab or acute setting.
Strong collaboration skills with team members to support the delivery of rehabilitation care.
Confident communication skills, with a supportive, engaging and compassionate style that enables you to easily build rapport with staff, patients and their families.
Qualifications Current nursing registration with AHPRA.

The annual salary range for full-time Registered Nurses – AUD $66,710 - $93,669 + super + entitlements and Enrolled Nurses – AUD $66,340 - $73,024 + super + entitlements, depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).
