YOUR NEW ROLE Managing your own immigration cases/clients (95% corporate, 5% individual) focusing on visa classes 482, 191, 400, 186, 408 & 494, providing full-spectrum advice including visa options, eligibility, application merits, drafting letters of advice, preparing and lodging visa applications, liaising with immigration authorities, responding to refusals, and liaising with immigration lawyers regarding technical legal issues.
Mentoring/Supervising 1 dedicated paralegal who will assist you.
Contributing ideas to improve the business and assisting the sales/marketing team with business development.

WHO YOU ARE You are a qualified RMA with current active MARA registration.
You have a minimum of 5+ years experience in immigration law, specifically with employer-sponsored visas.
You have a proven ability to manage a high volume of cases in a busy, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment providing immigration advice to corporate clients.
You are proactive, results-driven, and passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.
You are ambitious and eager to advance your career long-term with a premier migration firm that invests in its staff.
