You will provide a high standard of care working closely with the multidisciplinary teams to achieve a positive experience and excellent outcomes for all of our consumers and their families/carers.
You will be offered a range of learning opportunities to develop specialist skills and the opportunity to operate within an integrated Adult Area Mental Health Service.
Provide a supportive and therapeutic environment that promotes independence, opportunity and recovery Work within the Strengths Model of Recovery Oriented Practice Uphold a culture of hope, using optimistic and positive language in supporting consumers and celebrating their recovery efforts Work with consumers to sustain and expand upon existing resources, assets, networks and relationships and support to access opportunities, resources and services to achieve their recovery goals Provide education to consumers about medication, self-help, coping strategies and symptom management Actively challenge stigmatising attitudes, discrimination and social exclusion.
