The ORS Psychology team is expanding and we are seeking our next Psychologist to join the team! You will be joining a national team of 200+ Psychologists working under different service pathways, including the NDIS and the private sector.
You will have the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your clinical expertise in a friendly, well-supported team and in an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.
While providing psychological practice you will be using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT & DBT.
ORS also offers a full range of psychological assessments, including mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism and ADHD assessments.
There will be the opportunity to receive training to develop your skills in this area and administer such assessments to applicable clients.
Experience in the provision of cognitive and autism assessments will be looked upon favourably, as will endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology or Educational and Developmental Psychology.
If you are just starting your Psychology career, ORS supports the 4+2 and 5+1 pathways, as well as registrar programs, with a team of AHPRA Board-approved Supervisors on staff in all areas of expertise to guide and support you to achieve your clinical competencies.
If you are mid-to-late career, we would highly value your experience! You will have the opportunity to work in our clinic with a multidiscipline team of practitioners or across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, and schools within your community.

That is why we have a dedicated Learning & Development Manager in the Psychology division who possesses 14 years of clinical experience in the disability field, an extensive background in autism research, and impressive qualifications.
You will be able to connect with the L&D Manager from the Psychology division, and L&D Managers in other divisions, in one-on-one and group training sessions, plus have the ability to email or pick up the phone at any time to ask their advice on complex cases.

A few requirements Tertiary qualifications in Psychology For Registrar Program: Ability to become registered with AHPRA in a Registrar program – e.g., clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology For endorsed positions: registration with AHPRA with endorsement in clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA A car and licence A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement) A bit about us: We are one of the largest and fastest growing family owned and operated national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia, with a proven track record and reputation for providing high quality evidence-based, and client-centred services for over 30 years!
