What You Will Be Doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly.
Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
Conduct pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic).
Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients.
Why this role: Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $115,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus.

What you will need: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
