This role is the perfect opportunity for an allied health professional with a background in Physiotherapy who is either experienced in occupational rehabilitation or clinicians looking to put 'down the tools' but still use their clinical knowledge and experience in a role that makes a real difference! All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

What You Will Be Doing Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
Conduct assessments of worksites and functionalities.
Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers.
Develop tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace.
Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients.
Why this role: Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) with fantastic bonus incentives.

What you will need: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
