About the role Reporting to the Reinforcing Detailing Manager, this role is responsible for the design and documentation of reinforcing steel to Australia's major construction projects.
You will interact directly with Tier 1 customers and internal stakeholders to determine customer needs and ensure the accurate supply of reinforcing steel to each major project.
This position will be based either out of Sunshine or Noble Park.
Your responsibilities will include: Create and deliver accurate BIM models Implement design changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle Streamline workflows using BIM technology to improve project efficiency Understand project objectives and advise on engineering solutions Engage with clients and design engineers to achieve optimal outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders This role would suit an experienced Modeller or detailer/scheduler, or a graduate looking to start their career in the construction and engineering industry.

Minimum Requirements: Previous experience as detailer/scheduler or modeler Experience in steel reinforcement detailing Technical mindset with an ability to read and understand technical drawings to create models A diploma, certificate or degree in civil/structural engineering, drafting or architecture Experience in modelling software such as Revit, TEKLA, Autocad or similar Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Key Benefits Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to Infra Build employees.
