In this role, you will maximize value creation and overall business performance through effective management of site engineering projects, capital, and process improvements.
Additionally, you will coordinate Central Engineering standards and initiatives with risk mitigation through technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities Lead the identification and systematic resolution of process bottlenecks that limit overall plant capacity.
Identify and engineer plant and equipment changes necessary to achieve enhanced product quality.
Support the business strategic agenda through technology enhancement and new product implementation.
Drive operational improvement through evaluation and implementation of automation, process control, documentation, FMEA, preventive maintenance, and current industry standards.
Identify and engineer plant and equipment changes necessary to achieve enhanced product quality.
About You Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
5 years of experience in an Engineering/Maintenance environment.
Experience in a leadership position.
Experience in Reliability management.
Some experience in FMCG/Food manufacturing is desirable.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, initiative, and ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
