About the role:
Reporting to the Head of People Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing global remuneration and incentive processes. In this newly created role, you will be key in implementing remuneration and reward strategies that enhance employee attraction, motivation, and retention, aligning closely with our People strategy and organisational goals.
Your key duties will include:
Lead the delivery of our revised Remuneration & Incentive strategic framework across the organisation.
Manage the organisation's annual remuneration review process, partnering with Strategic People Partners to provide expert guidance and advice to leaders, ensuring sound remuneration decisions.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of remuneration and rewards, making data-driven recommendations to refine and enhance our strategies.
Develop and execute remuneration practices and policies that align with our People strategy.
Lead the Job Architecture and evaluation process, ensuring roles are maintained under a structured and governed methodology.
Oversee job evaluations, benchmarking, and remuneration recommendations to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
What you'll bring to the team:
You are an experienced remuneration professional, ideally with a global background, who has successfully designed and implemented comprehensive compensation and benefits packages. Your strong analytical skills enable you to assess and improve remuneration strategies, ensuring they align with both employee needs and organisational goals.
