Residential Aged Care Manager We're looking for an experienced and professional Residential Manager to take the reigns in our residential aged care facility in Wodonga and be part of one of Australia's largest providers.
In this crucial role, you'll be pivotal in upholding our exceptional standards of care, ensuring operational excellence whilst also promoting a collaborative and compassionate environment.
Summary Of Position As Residential Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Wodonga facility.
Your role will encompass maintaining high performance standards, leading your team to success, and ensuring every resident is provided with excellent, high-quality care.
You will foster a supportive, collaborative and positive working environment that your staff and residents are happy to be a part of.
Key Responsibilities Promote a resident-centred culture that values, respects, and treats every resident with empathy, dignity and care.
Continuous assessment of clinical care processes to ensure work health and safety, best practices minimise risks, prevent injuries and implement improvements.
Uphold Clinical Governance to achieve and maintain accreditation in line with policy and regulatory standards.
Ensure medication management and infection control practices adhere to current best practice guidelines and legislative requirements.
Cultivate a positive workplace culture by building a cohesive team and promoting strong employee engagement.
Requirements Strong experience as a Residential Aged Care Manager, with a proven track record for driving improvement and effective operational changes.
Commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of all facets of contemporary aged care including AN-ACC funding and Accreditation Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans and record of driving change and compliance.
Exceptional team building skills, including the demonstrated capability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
