At least 3-5 years of experience in a management role.
A background in aged care.
Registered in AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
Fully vaccinated (COVID + flu vax).
Identify the best path forward for residents and staff.
Ensure operational efficiency and safety are maintained at the highest level.
Oversee financial targets and ensure the home runs smoothly.
Inspire and support your team to perform and grow.
Strengthen ties with the local community to benefit everyone involved.
