As a Residential Care Supervisor, you'll lead with compassion and knowledge to promote a safe, healthy, and harmonious home environment for our Young People.
Your strong leadership in this position will assist with supporting our Young People, mentoring staff and ensuring that the daily operations are met.
You will need to manage budgets, ensure compliance, uphold policies and procedures.
Your commitment will be fundamental in shaping positive outcomes for the Young People in our care.
You will be supported by a dedicated and knowledgable team in the Out of Home Care Program.
This position does require fortnightly weekend shifts and being on an on-call roster.
Our Offer Hourly Rate based on SCHADS Award Level 5 dependent on qualification and experience.

Requirements Valid and Current Driver's Licence Valid and Current Workers With Children's Check Valid and Current NDIS Workers Screeners Check Satisfactory Criminal History Check Relevant bachelor's degree with experience or Relevant Diploma with substantial experience Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.
