What your role will look like: You will lead a team of staff across two sites to provide person-centred care to our clients offering support across various aspects of their daily living. You will manage all aspects around service delivery including resourcing, quality, risk management and budgeting. Lead a vibrant team who celebrate the small joys that make a big difference to people's lives. Enjoy the opportunity to grow your team, building a valuable skillset across physical health, as well as an appreciation of mental health, to support our clients. You will interact with health professionals promoting our holistic model of care. About you: You'll need minimum qualifications of Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or Aged Care, experience working within the NDIS and/or TAC framework and a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. Proficiency in team leadership, budget management and supervision is highly desirable. Why work with us?
