We're looking for candidates with: 4+ years of leadership in hospitality/entertainment venues (QSRs, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes, Cinemas).

As a Grill'd Restaurant Manager, you will: Motivate and lead a team for sales growth and engagement.
Collaborate with Growth Coaches for high-standard operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance.
Support team development through check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines.
Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
Engage with local community groups through our local matters program.
