Join the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) and make a significant impact on healthcare by leading our Revenue Systems team.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data to support revenue generation, and play a key role in continuing to enhance our systems to propel Revenue Services into the future! This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
Your new role Reporting to the General Manager - Revenue Services, the Revenue Systems Manager.
Your day to day will include: Overseeing the planning, management, and implementation of all revenue related systems and improvements.
Day to day oversight of system operations.
Ensuring the integrity and quality of data within our revenue systems.
Leading the implementation and ongoing optimisation of revenue systems.
Collaborating with external vendors to ensure optimal system performance.
Effectively managing system implementation, changes and updates.
Participating in continuous improvement projects and playing a role in automation developments as the systems expert.
About you To succeed in this role, you'll need: Minimum 5 years experience in managing revenue systems.
Proven experience managing enterprise billing systems, preferably PBRC.
Strong background understanding of revenue systems and processes.
Demonstrated experience in reviewing systems and procedures to identify efficiencies.
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database management, system integration and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
An adaptable, and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Team player, who is willing to continuously improve and challenge the current state.
Willing to contribute to a positive workplace environment and culture, whereby staff are encouraged to innovate, develop and contribute to the overall success of the RMH.
