We're seeking passionate Reverse Mortgage Associates to be part of our energetic Melbourne-based team.
Is this your next role? In this outbound calling position, you'll be connecting with potential reverse mortgage clients across Australia, helping them unlock new possibilities for their retirement.
As the first point of contact, you will provide expert guidance, answering questions and highlighting the features and benefits of our reverse mortgage products to assist clients in making informed borrowing decisions.
Additionally, you will initiate the application process and complete essential administrative tasks to support the fulfilment process.

Your ideal experience and skills: Background in retail banking is an advantage.
Experience with personal lending is plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve successful outcomes.
A knack for problem-solving and finding effective solutions.
Meticulous attention to detail with accurate administrative skills.
