Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Systems Data Administrator for a temporary role lasting 4-6 months.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic People Advisory team, where you'll be responsible for ensuring efficiency within the systems function.
You'll have the chance to administer various aspects of the system, including position management, hierarchies, and department structures.
Your role will be crucial in freeing up other team members to focus on different areas within the team.
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and work autonomously.
What you'll do: Ensure efficiency within the systems function Administer various aspects of the system, including position management, hierarchies, and department structures Work closely with Talent Acquisition and internal mobility teams Engage with employees and leaders regarding processes and data Contribute to Reporting & Analytics efforts Support other team members by taking on tasks that free them up to focus on other areas What you bring: High attention to detail Ability to hit the ground running with new systems Ability to work autonomously without hand-holding Experience with HRIS such as Workday or Oracle would be beneficial but not necessary 1-3 years of experience in an admin role or as an Analyst or Systems Coordinator Familiarity with Success Factors would be a plus but is not required What sets this company apart: Our client prides themselves on their supportive culture where hard work is balanced with fun.
