Position Overview: Roofing inspectors are responsible for assessing and identifying relevant damage to a client's roof.
This includes clearly indicating the extent of the damage, photographing the affected areas, and compiling reports that contribute to our claims management process.
Inspectors are also responsible for ensuring all safety standards are met while performing their duties.
Key Responsibilities: Locating, identifying, and assessing roof damage.
Clearly indicating the damage and reflecting on the overall percentage of damage.
Photographing damage and compiling a detailed report of the roof and building structure.
Sending photos and reports to our claims team in a timely and efficient manner.
Working as part of a team to achieve optimal results.
Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards.
Providing excellent customer service with a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.
Gaining a comprehensive understanding of various roof types and compliance requirements (training provided).
Qualifications: Working at heights certificate preferred but not required.
Ladder safety training preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
