About the Role Join our team as a Health and Safety Advisor on a full-time, ongoing basis working at multiple sites across the south eastern suburbs.
You will play a pivotal role in strengthening organisational capability to drive a culture of change.
Partnering with frontline leaders and building the capability of managers to implement effective and sustainable Health and Safety management practices.
Supporting the Regulator interactions.
NB: There is a requirement to travel to other sites.

About Us The OHS Advisory Team provides health and safety coaching, advisory and support, working collaboratively with stakeholders to build capability in relation to managing risk, influencing, and inspiring a positive safety culture.
You will be supported for career development and succession planning within a large OHS team structure.
About You You are an experienced and passionate Safety professional with 2 years of OHS experience, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence change.
You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of safety.
To ensure your success in this role, you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience, and knowledge: Proven 2 years experience in OHS role.
Demonstrated ability to interpret relevant Victorian Workplace Health and Safety legislation and provide advice.
Demonstrated internal consulting experience that has increased line managers' knowledge, skills, and confidence in organisation improvement processes.
Demonstrated ability to influence and work with leaders and all staff at a strategic and operational level, including a proven track record in negotiating successful outcomes.
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage concurrent projects.
Evidence of the application of high-level conceptual skills in creative problem solving and decision-making outcomes, including evidence of high-level analysis and reporting skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change initiatives across multiple sites and multiple disciplines.
Mandatory Requirements of the Role: Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health Safety or related.
Incident Investigation training (preferred).
Current driver's license.
