CCE specialise in the use of cathodic protection to safeguard buried or immersed steel structures from corrosion including pipelines, wharves, jetties, storage tanks, and offshore assets.
About your new role
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide timely and efficient administrative support to our sales team within the CCE division. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, following established processes, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Working in our busy office based in Tullamarine VIC, you will be responsible for providing sound administrative support to our CCE Engineers and technical team.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare sales documents, including quotes and proposals, using MYOBManage bookkeeping duties, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)Update and maintain accurate sales data in MYOBAssist with invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accountsLiaise with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfactionRespond to customer inquiries via phone and emailMaintain records and documentation in line with company policies.What you'll need to succeed
Well-developed technical skills with Microsoft and excel Office products2 or more years' experience as an sales administrator is essential.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritise and effectively handle competing demands.Self-motivated with a strong initiative, natural desire to strive for excellence, and keen willingness to learn.A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a great sense of humorAttention to detail under pressure and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.Basic understanding of company accounting, purchasing and administration processes.Ready to Apply
