Sales Consultant And Admin

Kincaid are on the lookout for a super star Sales Consultant to join the team and champion our Olivine Estate, Donnybrook display.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Report weekly, and monthly Targets made to existing and new clients.
Report weekly on display visits completed to display (Statistics).
Report Weekly sales leads obtained.
Work with the H&L team to package in local estates producing weekly packaging.
Provide a summary of weekly sales made.
Report monthly on sales activity & targets, targets achieved.
Report monthly on improvements to the Kincaid system.
Maintain good relationships and strong communication with local agents and land estates to ensure business flow is maintained and increased.
Understand client requirements and produce targeted packages accordingly.
Work with drafting, customer service, and sales estimating where required.
Update and maintain Framework daily to ensure all client names, contact numbers, and details are correct.
Attend all scheduled client/group appointments.
Identify new potential growth opportunities for Kincaid and report back to the manager.
Uphold Kincaid's reputation with a high ethical standard in the industry.
Sign HIA contracts with clients in display.
Conduct a colour appointment with the client proceeding to contracts.
Utilise Geosite & Salesforce to a high level of understanding.
Report monthly feedback on improvements to the Kincaid system to the sales team.
