The successful candidate will lead and manage the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service is being provided by the team while promoting a collaborative working relationship between Sales, Service and Parts departments.
This position will have a key focus on providing structure and strategy that drives market share and enhances gross profit and volume while ensuring correct processes are in place to support an efficient and high performing Sales department.
About The Role: Lead and support budgeting, forecasting and reporting requirements Coach and guide sales consultants to ensure performance of KPI's and sales activities are completed Act as an escalation point for customer matters and resolve accordingly.
