About the role: As the Sales Optimisation Manager, you will identify opportunities for improvement, simplify processes, and lead initiatives from ideation through to implementation. You'll work across multiple sales channels, driving optimisation efforts that enhance the customer experience while enabling sustainable growth. This is a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and delivering continuous improvement projects that streamline AGL's sales operations. What you can expect in the role: Support AGL's growth by simplifying and optimising sales processes across multiple channels to drive better outcomes. Lead workshops to gather, validate, and document business requirements for process improvements. Prepare for product and pricing changes by updating sales assets, managing stakeholder queries, and creating training packs and scripts. Secondary contact support point for Sales Vendors, Brokers, Partnerships. Work with large data sets, analysing sales results, forecasts, and budgets to identify optimisation opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end process improvements, enhancing customer experience and operational fulfilment. Own the operationalisation of process changes, simplifying information and ensuring successful implementation across the business. What we would like to see you bring: Demonstrated experience in sales operations across multiple channels, with a focus on process improvement and optimisation. Strong experience in managing continuous improvement projects, with proficiency in Agile methodology and Lean/Six Sigma. Ability to analyse large data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive process improvements. Demonstrated success in influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels, with excellent relationship management skills. A forward-thinking, innovative mindset with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and process optimisation projects.
