Reporting to the Victorian State Sales Manager, the Sales Representative – commercial and industrial is a critical role responsible for the sales of waste management solutions across South East Melbourne, managing the retention of current customers and driving profitable sales growth.
You'll be working with a diverse range of customers and industries so the potential to grow your portfolio is endless.
About the role: Develop and expand new business across multiple industry sectors.
Maintain your CRM with client details and follow up on leads.
Analyse sales data and prepare reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Perform site inspections and provide clients with tailored waste management solutions.
Maintain existing portfolio of commercial and industrial relationships driving continual improvement.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
What you bring: Minimum 2+ years' work experience in high volume B2 B sales (ideally within the liquid waste industry).
Demonstrated track record within a sales or business development position, managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
Presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels across various industries.
Strong computer and analytical skills.
Valid driver's licence.
