Role The Data Lead is responsible for orchestrating and managing the data migration and integration processes within a major transformation project.
This role ensures that data is accurately and efficiently transitioned from legacy systems to new platforms, maintaining data integrity, quality, and security throughout the process.
The Data Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives, oversees data governance, and implements best practices for data management.
By providing leadership and expertise in data migration and integration, the Data Lead plays a critical role in enabling the successful execution of the transformation project, ensuring that the organization can leverage its data assets to drive informed decision-making and achieve strategic goals.
